A major highway concession package has been awarded to a consortium in Colombia. Concesionaria Vial Andina (Coviandina) has won the tender to manage the 85.6km road connecting capital Bogota with Villavicencio. The package was awarded by the national infrastructure agency (ANI). A series of major road infrastructure upgrades are planned for Tegucigalpa, the capital of Honduras.
