Plans are being drawn up in Colombia for a number of new tertiary roads in Valle del Cauca Department. A new highway will be built in Valle del Cauca department, while a new road will improve connections between Mulalo and Loboguerrero.

    Construction work on a new road link connecting Mulalo with Loboguerrero in Colombia will commence in the third quarter of 2018. The 31km link is being handled by Colombia's National Infrastructure Agency (ANI) and is expected to cost US$560.5 million. The plans are being drawn up for the project while the necessary environmental permits are being sought from Colombia’s National Environmental Licensing Agency (ANLA).
