A highway bypass around the Moroccan city of Agadir is to be the subject of a new feasibility study. Building this new highway link would improve transport connections between the north and the south of the country as the existing road links around Agadir suffer heavy congestion and frequent delays, particularly at peak periods. The 80km long highway project would most likely be carried out under the PPP model.
