Construction work is now being planned for the new highway linking Banja Luka and Prijedor in the Republika Srpska autonomous entity in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Land preparation works are set to go ahead shortly and this will include demolishing a number of structures along the alignment. The 42km highway is costing €300 million and is being built by a Chinese contractor, SDHS-CSI BH.
