New gully grates from Saint-Gobain PAM offer improved performance

5475 Saint-Gobain PAM UK is broadening its range of high performance gully grates.

The Watershed products are designed to cope with increased traffic loadings and offer better whole-life costing than earlier generation products according to the firm.

Manufactured in the UK from 97% recycled materials, the ductile iron Watershed grate is easy to maintain and features a prising slot for quick opening and hinged action. The wedged seat design means that it will not rock from side to side when in place, while a captive hinge is said to allow for fast and easy access, as well as reducing the risk of theft.

A large water area helps clear surface water quickly and the latest additions to the range include clear openings of 600x400mm and 500x360mm with left or right-hand opening variants.
