The integration of AutoTURN Online within Vectorworks can deliver faster and simpler workflows for architects and designers who need to assess vehicle manoeuvres within parking lots, garages, loading bays, driveways and other projects.

The firm explained that in the past, evaluating whether a design can accommodate the turning paths of vehicles was a time-consuming trial-and-error process. But now, Vectorworks customers have direct access to an excellent tool that takes the guesswork out of this task. Now, with AutoTURN Online, customers can upload a design, pick a vehicle, perform a simulation and export the results back into their project file from within the Vectorworks session.

The collaboration between the two long-standing leaders within the AEC space marks a significant milestone for each and will enable design professionals to work with increased confidence and enhanced productivity across transportation projects large and small.
