In the U.S., 4070 General Motors is equipping its vehicles with GSM cards in order to offer full connectivity, allowing the driver to manage all vehicle data from a smartphone.

French vehicle manufacturer 2453 Renault has equipped the Zoe electric car with the new R-Link console, containing a 3972 TomTom GPS system which offers real-time information on traffic and vehicle data. In comparison, Citroën offers its Multicity Connect service platform, which offers a variety of information, including data on parking spaces and the weather. New services are expected to be added and will be available via a subscription offer.
