Trimble partnering with software firm HCSS

Trimble and HCSS are partnering to couple estimating and bidding workflows to field operations. Improved worksite efficiency is expected from the partnership between Trimble and HCSS
2122 Trimble and 6240 HCSS are partnering to couple estimating and bidding workflows to field operations. The firms say this collaboration will include product integrations to Trimble's construction software portfolio, helping boost productivity and quality for construction.


The companies plan to develop solutions to improve current workflow and real-time visibility for customers by connecting bidding and estimating processes to developments onsite. Trimble and HCSS are currently exploring how best to bring HCSS's construction software applications to key markets globally.

The companies will begin working together in early 2019. Trimble will represent sales, marketing and distribution channel for the HCSS HeavyBid, HCSS HeavyJob and HCSS Safety packages outside of North America. This collaboration will develop an international presence for HCSS and allow for tighter integrations into Trimble's software portfolio for construction.
