Mott MacDonald and ARES PRISM have established a partnership to optimise project delivery against requirements with cost, time and quality targets
Construction firm Mott MacDonald is establishing a partnership with ARES Software UK. The two companies say that this tie up will operate on a global basis and will help clients improve the delivery performance of major projects.

The partnership combines Mott MacDonald’s project programme and management advisory experience with ARES PRISM project management software solution. The aim is to deliver projects more efficiently by providing greater visibility throughout the development, construction and operational phases.

The increasing complexity of major projects has driven the need for improved delivery within tighter time and cost constraints. Using technology provided by ARES PRISM, the delivery of projects can be improved according to Mott MacDonald.

The two firms will combine their experience of dealing with project data integrity and systems knowledge to support clients and transform projects and programmes.

The partnership will use ARES PRISM, a programme management system that factors numerous data sets including time, risk management, project and cost forecasts. Mott MacDonald already use the ARES PRISM solution in the successful delivery of projects.

The alliance will see the two firms work closely to maximise ARES PRISM’s potential and improve its capabilities as it is adopted on more projects. The software, which takes significant quantities of data, links it together to show how a project is performing, whilst improving modelled risk.
