Software specialist 4019 Bentley Systems continues to develop its portfolio of construction solutions with the acquisition of North Carolina-based BLUERIDGE Analytics. This new addition brings the proven SITEOPS software, used for site design optimization. The cloud-based computing techniques within SITEOPS are used by site development professionals to investigate engineering alternatives and their costs. This improves the options considered for any project development.

Specifically, SITEOPS enables civil engineering professionals and land planners to perform site configuration simulations that fully assess millions of layout, parking, grading, and drainage options for a site within hours instead of spending months evaluating a handful of options. Professionals can also produce preliminary cost estimates and conceptual designs faster and optimise site designs, while minimising overall costs and ensuring engineering quality.
