Polish heavy equipment manufacturer Dressta has unveiled its TD9 hydrostatic crawler dozer. The TD9 is the first of three new world-class models that range from around 55-75kW and will be available from the third quarter of 2015. All three models are equipped with Cummins Tier IV Final engines with ultra-clean after-treatment systems and provide excellent fuel efficiency, says Dressta.
Dressta is offering improved versions of its 560E and 555C Extra wheeled loaders, with new Cummins diesels. Power for the larger 560E Extra now comes from a Cummins QSX15 diesel rated at 319kW, compared with the 310kW of the previous engine in this machine. The six cylinder Cummins engine drives through a torque converter, a three-speed, full powershift, countershaft transmission, front and rear axle drives and conventional differentials.
Trimble is now offering a sophisticated new drone package called Trimble Stratus, through the firm’s partnership with drone-mapping and analytics company Propeller Aero. According to Martin Wagener, worldwide product implementation manager for the firm, the system allows the user to employ any type of commercial quality drone.
