Road construction equipment manufacturer Sakai will show off a number of compactors at bauma China, including its vibratory GW750 pneumatic tyre roller (PTR) and SV520 and SV520DF vibratory single drum rollers.
The 9tonne GW750, claimed by Sakai to be the world’s first and only vibrator pneumatic tyred roller, offers four amplitude settings to achieve required density, and is powered by an Isuzu DD-4BG1T (Tier 2) engine with a rated power output of 78.8kW at 2,300rpm.
