  • Joint venture for LiuGong and ZF

    LiuGong and ZF are intensifying their cooperation by building a new joint venture axle company in Liuzhou. Called ZF Liuzhou Axle, the new company will produce wheel loader axles that are specially tailored for the requirements of the Chinese market. By 2018 some 190 employees will be working at Liuzhou Axle. Since 1995, ZF and LiuGong have been operating a joint venture company in Liuzhou, a major industrial city in the south of China. The two parties have now decided to further intensify their cooperation

  • Polish parts producing plant purchase for LiuGong
    November 15, 2013
    Chinese equipment firm LiuGong is adding to its portfolio with the planned acquisition of a transmissions operation in Poland. The ZZN Transmission Plant in Stalowa Wola lies next door to LiuGong’s existing facility that makes the Dressta range of bulldozers. Parts from the ZZN facility are used in many of the Dressta bulldozers and the acquisition is a strategic move that will strengthen LiuGong’s presence in Europe through the LiuGong Poland subsidiary, as well as its component manufacturing capabilities.
