Volvo Penta announced its concept for Stage V emissions compliance at CONEXPO-CON/AGG. As with previous emission steps, the Stage V line-up includes all five engines from Volvo Penta’s range, including the D5, D8, D11, D13, and D16.
Terex Construction’s Stage IIIB/Tier 4 Final-compliant range of 9tonne and 10tonne site dumpers will feature 55kW JCB EcoMAX turbo-charged diesel engines.
The company says the new TA9 and TA10 models offer users increased fuel efficiency without any exhaust after-treatment requirements.
