Benninghoven's 100tonnes/hour mobile batch plant unveiled

Benninghoven is giving the Batchmix 100 mobile batching plant its world premiere at INTERMAT 2015. The new unit offers flexibility, mobility and reliability in a compact design that gives an output of 100tonnes/hour via four cold feed hoppers and a loading width of 3,600mm.

    A German contractor is now using the innovative BA RPP 4000 asphalt mixing plant from Benninghoven to boost efficiency. The firm, Max Bögl, is using the plant at its Sengenthal site, to supply material to road construction projects in the Nuremberg region. A key feature of the plant is the hot gas generator with counterflow parallel drum system, which allows high RAP content and minimal emissions.
