A 50-tonne prototype dump truck is the centrepiece of Bell’s impressive stand at INTERMAT 2015 and offers a real glimpse of the heavy construction industry’s future.
From Zoomlion comes a surprise launch at bauma China in the shape of its impressive 300tonne class shovel, the ZE3000ELs. This huge machine is powered by a Cummins QSK50 diesel rated at 1,044kW for this installation. The machine wields a 17m3 bucket, allowing it to pass match loading of rigid dump trucks in the 100tonne payload class.

The main structure has been completed at the SANY Global Construction Machinery R&D Development Center in Kunshan, China. The centre will be one of the largest single research and development facilities in the country when fully completed.
