The Daily News team was again out and about on the fourth day of bauma 2019 checking out some of the monster equipment on show, and finding out what has impressed visitors.
A concrete paving contractor in Florida reports success in a range of projects. Brevard Concrete Paving started small, with one truck and trailer, and the firm’s initial projects were jobs such as the installation of residential kerbs, pedestrian walkways and driveways. Soon, the firm had branched out to a wide range of duties such as paving filling station areas and work for the Florida Department of Transportation.
We’ve all had bad days at the office. But sometimes, as in the case of heavy equipment operators, your office is a rather large machine, the ‘bad’ can be disastrous at the least and fatal at the worst.
As this video shows, a machine driver can be literally thrown out of his office if he or she is having a bad day.
