Ammann unveils containerised QuickBatch mobile asphalt mixing plant

In response to customer demand, Ammann has developed a new QuickBatch 180 containerised mobile asphalt mixing plant that is easy to transport and quick to set up. It uses a simple “plug and play” electric system.
One US asphalt producer is taking a different approach to its rivals, utilising a sophisticated batching plant. While continuous asphalt plants predominate in the US asphalt market, some companies do favour batching plants and one firm, Ohio-based RAP Management, has opted to use a modern High Recycling Technology (HRT) plant from Ammann.
