Ammann unveils containerised QuickBatch mobile asphalt mixing plant

In response to customer demand, Ammann has developed a new QuickBatch 180 containerised mobile asphalt mixing plant that is easy to transport and quick to set up. It uses a simple “plug and play” electric system.
The latest developments in asphalt compaction equipment will help boost productivity and finish quality. The new generation compactors can utilise the latest generation machine control tools to deliver quality within the short timeframe determined by the asphalt temperature. Egyptian firm Rsquared Construction has been using a Lintec CSD2500B asphalt plant to assist with material supply for a road project in the south of the country. The Lintec CSD2500B plant’s first task was to supply material for a short but important road link. The firm, Rsquared Construction, selected the model for its ease of transport and low fuel consumption.
