Ammann unveils containerised QuickBatch mobile asphalt mixing plant

In response to customer demand, Ammann has developed a new QuickBatch 180 containerised mobile asphalt mixing plant that is easy to transport and quick to set up. It uses a simple “plug and play” electric system.
Ammann’s new CBS Elba Concrete Mixing Plant is designed for small and medium-sized businesses seeking flexible concrete plant solutions. It features state-of-the-art design and offers output ranges from 105m³/hr to 160m³/hr.
The basic unit can accommodate both EMS and EMDW single-shaft and twin-shaft mixers with a hardened concrete output volume ranging from 2m³ to 3.5m³. The CBS Elba offers easy, low-cost transportation for stationary and semi-mobile operation.

Ammann is using INTERMAT to reveal its UniBatch range of asphalt mixing plants. With capacities from 80-350 tonnes/hour, this new plant type incorporates flexibility, and a larger selection of modules to allow the system to be expanded as required.
