Ammann unveils containerised QuickBatch mobile asphalt mixing plant

In response to customer demand, Ammann has developed a new QuickBatch 180 containerised mobile asphalt mixing plant that is easy to transport and quick to set up. It uses a simple “plug and play” electric system.
Lintec is showing its CSD 1200 asphalt mixing plant, whose containerised design makes it suitable for mobile or stationary use. The 80tonne-an-hour system has a patented double screen drum technology that dries and screens, giving energy savings of 15%, claimed the company.
Like the company's other mixing plants, the CSD 1200 is built to ISO sea container standards so it is accepted on all container ships. The modular containerised design allows for quick assembly and dismantling, and it can also be used
Liebherr is introducing a new mixing plant generation, with modular design being a key feature. The new generation plants will be available in Germany, Austria and Switzerland from 2023, and will then be made available for world markets.
