Ammann unveils containerised QuickBatch mobile asphalt mixing plant

In response to customer demand, Ammann has developed a new QuickBatch 180 containerised mobile asphalt mixing plant that is easy to transport and quick to set up. It uses a simple “plug and play” electric system.
The company in charge of maintaining England’s strategic highways, including motorways and main roads, is officially shifting its preference towards using warm mix asphalt. Highways England lays out the case for its decision.*

During a short period of time, Metso has sold over 30 portable Nordwheeler plants to Asian and African-based aggregates producers. The plants are manufactured in Metso's factory in Bawal, India – earlier this year reaching the milestone of 1,000 Indian-manufactured portable plants.
