Ammann unveils containerised QuickBatch mobile asphalt mixing plant

In response to customer demand, Ammann has developed a new QuickBatch 180 containerised mobile asphalt mixing plant that is easy to transport and quick to set up. It uses a simple “plug and play” electric system.
The new Prime 100 mobile asphalt plant from Ammann is designed for high mobility. This continuous plant can deliver 100tonnes/hour and features all of its main components inside a single standard shipping container. A company spokesperson said, “All you have to do is connect the bitumen tank and an electric power source.”
The new Prime 100 unit is the latest addition to the Prime range and is a smaller and even more mobile version of the well proven Prime 140, with its 140tonnes/hour capacity. In addition

Benninghoven has launched a new mobile asphalt plant, the MBA 2000, with five rather than four screens and a capacity of up to 160 tonnes an hour. The addition of a fifth screen has come in response to customer needs, said Benninghoven’s director of marketing Lars Henrich. “Having five screens as standard means that customers can have much more flexibility in the recipes they produce,” said Henrich.
