JCB is broadening its product range by entering the portable lighting tower market. The new LT9 from the firm's Power Products division is a 9m dedicated lighting tower with a hydraulically activated, telescopic mast that holds four spotlights.
Hitachi says that its new ZX250LC-6, ZX300LC-6 and ZX350LC-6 excavators all offer increased performance. Chicago Pneumatic is to launch a new range of light towers for the European and international markets.
Announced at Conexpo, the two new light towers will suit a variety of applications across the construction, mining and oil and gas industries, as well as public sector lighting and entertainment.
