Sennebogen shows dragline at INTERMAT

While draglines are now a rarity, Sennebogen showed its 50tonne operating weight duty cycle crawler crane, the 650HD, with 2.33 dragline bucket. The machine is one of a 10-model range with operating weights from 20-180tonnes and engines between 119 and 708kW. It can be used in civil engineering, mining, demolition or material handling.
REV focuses on safety with demolition crusher

Italian crusher manufacturer REV has updated its Zeffiro GCV80 crusher, with a Stage IIIB Caterpillar engine, improved electrics and additional safety guards on the conveyors. Designed primarily for the demolition and recycling industry, the machine uses a 130kW version of the Cat C6.6 motor, driving through a variable displacement load sensing hydraulic system.
Atlas Copco to establish new competence centre in Spain

Atlas Copco, which is opening a new competence centre in Europe, is to move a divisional headquarters to China and has also hinted at further acquisitions. The new Atlas Copco Generator Competence Centre in Zaragoza, Spain, is scheduled to be in full operation by 2013, and is subject to final approval by local authorities. The decision to launch the centre for generators was announced by Atlas Copco’s portable energy division at INTERMAT.
Lintec expands manufacturing capacity to meet market demand

German asphalt and concrete plant constructor Lintec is rapidly expanding its manufacturing base around the world to meet growing demand for its modular material production equipment from both well established and emerging markets. The company’s new facility in Poland has recently supplied its first CDD 1200 GA Gussasphalt plant to French company SMAC, part of the Colas Group. However, the company is also enjoying strong demand from facilities in Brazil, Shanghai and Singapore.
Minyu shows updated SP series cone crusher

Minyu brought the latest version of a SP cone crusher to INTERMAT. It has been designed to maximise performance by combining an increased speed with a larger crushing chamber, which increases the material capacity and the throughput per hour. The company said that the SP series delivers 30% to 40% more capacity per hour than counterpart spring-type cone crushers. Optimum energy management for mixing aggregates in the most effective way while the bitumen is hydrophobic is one criteria that the new plant offers, along with the ability to recycle materials according to typology.
