JCB launches first five-stage Loadall telehandler

JCB has launched its first five-stage-boom Loadall telescopic handler. The 540-200 has a 20m working height and a maximum lift capacity of 4tonnes. Using the same driveline as the 540-170, the machine is powered by JCB’s 75kW Dieselmax engine. The Loadall has a four-speed powershift transmission and uses a single servo joystick to control all boom functions.
Indeco completes its range of ISS shears

New 40tonne ADT from Komatsu draws crowds at INTERMAT

The new HM400-3 articulated dump truck (ADT) from Komatsu can carry a full 40 tonnes and features a host of new technology in the drivetrain and in the cab. Selwood Pumps has had promising meetings at INTERMAT with potential new distributors who have visited its stand in the UK Pavilion. Exports through distributors account for 75% of the pumps that Selwood manufactures. The company is highlighting the S100, S150 and S200 Super Silent pumps, which have recently been improved by the introduction of a close-coupled configuration as part of an ongoing development programme across the entire range.
Soilmec adds to CFA rig offering

Italian foundation specialist Soilmec has added two rigs to its piling range. The SF-65 replaces the previous SF-70 and answers customer requests for added versatility. The continuous flight auger (CFA) rig allows operators to drill all around the machine without having to relocate the tracks to bore at the corners as before. Powered by a 205kW diesel engine, the SF-65 can handle 1,000mm diameters to a depth of 27m.

Ammann launches ARX series at INTERMAT

Ammann’s new range of lightweight tandem rollers includes 13 models with operating weights from 1.2-4.5tonnes. A dedicated 4.5tonne model at the top of the range avoids the need to add ballast to smaller models to increase their operating weights. With better integration between Yanmar engine and Rexroth hydraulic system components, Ammann said the new models can operate at lower engine rpm without compromising on compaction performance.
