CIFA’s rugged new concrete pump

CIFA is now offering a high-performance, truck-mounted concrete pump with a 50m reach. The new Steeltech K50L shares features with the recently introduced K56L and benefits from improved performance and features. As with other units in CIFA’s Steeltech range the machine is said to offer smart solutions, ease of use, robustness and at the same time, lightness.
Lower asphalt plant emissions

The new REVOC technology from Benninghoven is said to lower emissions from asphalt production. According to the firm, the innovative REVOC system allows plant owners to use higher recycling ratios while complying with emissions limits. The patented technology supplements existing hot and cold recycling systems in asphalt mixing plants, reducing the total carbon emissions (Ctot) with up to 50% recycling material added. Specified limits are not exceeded. In Germany, for example, the levels remain below the limit required by the TA-Luft regulation.

Sophisticated tooth loss detection system

A key innovation from MTG is its sophisticated new ground engaging tool (GET) detection system. This uses sensors mounted on the carrier machine that can detect when a bucket tooth becomes detached from the bucket. The GET Detection system can alert the operator within three seconds should a ground engaging tool become detached.
