Wedding on wheels

In Sweden drive-in weddings are now on the agenda. The Church of Sweden held drive-in weddings at a car rally in Vasteras in central Sweden, with some 36 couples taking up the offer. In all 10 priests officiated and the wedding ceremonies included a procession of 1950s and 1960s cars, a gospel choir and a priest singing Elvis songs, to add to the Las Vegas style.

    Concern is being expressed in the EU over an increase in road deaths for 2015 compared with 2014. Road deaths from crashes grew by 0.5% to 26,112.
