Simex is widening its range of screening buckets with the addition of new models

The new VS 1500 features two rotating shafts fitted with screening elements that are said to ensure efficient operation.

The screening system features disks and blades fixed to the shaft without welding. This cuts maintenance costs by up to 75% as the user can replace each disc or blade singly. Each element can be replaced in minutes onsite using a hammer and a punch. The system allows multiple configurations depending on the materials to be screened.

VS screening bucket is designed with the same quality and construction robustness of the firm’s larger VSE model.
