Terex Washing Systems’ new Aggresand 206 will be launched at ConExpo and will be officially launched at Hillhead in June 2014
A new larger model in the Aggresand range is being announced by 7258 Terex Washing Systems (TWS).

The Aggresand 206 washer is said to be suitable for all industrial, construction, recycling and mining applications, but shares the special modular features of the Aggresand 165 model launched in 2013.

TWS says these include ease of transportation, rapid set-up time, pre-wired and pre-plumbed and HMI Control System, which have been delivering efficient, productive performance for current owners.

“We are excited about our debut at Conexpo,” says Sean Loughran, Director of TWS.

“Our engineers have been working on finalising design and specification of the new larger Aggresand 206 model to give our customers the same benefits as the Aggresand 165 system, but with even more capacity.”

The official launch and unveiling of the Aggresand 206 is at the 5894 Hillhead Show, Buxton, England (24-26 June, 2014) when TWS also launches another new product, the next generation logwasher, the Aggrescrub 150.

The new Aggresand 206 utilises the well-proven Terex 20’x6’ (6m x 1.8m) inclined rinser screen and will be available in two or three-deck options.  It is directed at the larger producer who wants to increase the tonnage per hour up to a maximum of 400tonnes/hour.

BHS-Sonthofen is demonstrating its rotor centrifugal crushers of the RSMX series for processing hard and medium-hard rock to produce aggregate chippings and high-quality aggregates. The company says the rock-on-rock principle and the patented rotor with just two centrifugal chambers offer advantages over multi-chamber rotors, and these include the maximum input grain sizes of up to about 80mm for hard rock and up to 150mm for soft rock; optimal material flow in the rotor, free from clogging; 15-20% greater
