1222 Terex’s new all-terrain and truck cranes are said to offer high performance lifting capabilities for use in a diverse range of applications. The new, mid-size all-terrain crane has been specifically developed to address the needs of the North American market. Tight turning circles and fast set up times are claimed for this versatile machine. In addition, the firm is also offering a new, class-defining truck-mounted crane. All cranes are said to be designed with customer needs in mind and will help increase productivity and lower running costs for customers.
Hydra shearer drums, now part of the ESCO family of mining products, have been engineered with radial-style picks and tool holders that are recessed into the vane to deliver optimum cutting performance. The result is reduced wear on the drum, increased product size and lower power consumption. The range of shearer drums can also be equipped with conical style picks.
CEI Enterprises is now developing a full new line of concrete production plants. LiuGong is now offering a compact bulldozer that features a hydrostatic drive system, allowing a high degree of manoeuvrability. The CLGB110 dozer is powered by a Cummins diesel rated at 82kW and which meets Tier 3/Stage IIIA emissions legislation. Because of the hydrostatic drive, the machine has a tight turning circle while the graduated speed changing means that track wear rates are reduced. Weighing in at 9.9tonnes, the bulldozer is offered with different blade types depending on the application.
