Terex is offering large capacity lifting with its Superlift 3800 crawler crane

Terex’s powerful Superlift 3800 crawler crane is now being offered in a larger configuration than before. According to Terex, the new Superlift has been designed to boost performance in the 650tonne capacity class and replaces the firm’s well-proven CC 2800-1. Requiring up to 30% less counterweight for long boom erection, the crane features a new-style cab and Terex fall protection system. 1222 Terex’s powerful Superlift 3800 crawler crane is now being offered in a larger configuration than before. According to Terex, the new Superlift has been designed to boost performance in the 650tonne capacity class and replaces the firm’s well-proven CC 2800-1.

Requiring up to 30% less counterweight for long boom erection, the crane features a new-style cab and Terex fall protection system. The Superlift has a maximum lift capacity of 650tonnes at 12m and a maximum hook height of 190m. Maximum load moment is 8426mtonnes. All the crane’s components weigh less than 40tonnes and are below 3m in width and height to make it easier to transport between sites.
