Taxing times

A taxi driver in Kyrgyzstan attempted to drive off after being stopped by police for a traffic infringement. The plucky policeman however had different ideas and held on tightly to the bonnet of the car, even as the driver veered from side to side of the road in an attempt to throw the officer off the vehicle.

A taxi driver in Kyrgyzstan attempted to drive off after being stopped by police for a traffic infringement. The plucky policeman however had different ideas and held on tightly to the bonnet of the car, even as the driver veered from side to side of the road in an attempt to throw the officer off the vehicle.  After several attempts, the policeman was thrown aside bur refused to give up and continued his pursuit on foot. The driver was subsequently caught and charged accordingly.

    In Vietnam a traffic policeman proved his dedication to duty when a driver in Hanoi refused to stop. The policeman flagged down a coach for a document check, but the driver refused to show his papers and instead, headed off at speed.
