Tadano Faun shows off its soon to be American import, the GTC-800

Tadano Faun’s telescopic crawler crane GTC-800 is big and it is now coming to Europe. Tadano GTC-800: coming to a European dealer near you
7102 Tadano Faun’s telescopic crawler crane GTC-800 is big and it is now coming to Europe. At the moment, the GTC-800 is available only in the US, said Uwe Renk, marketing manager for Tadano Faun in Germany. And it will not be here until next year.

He acknowledged that Tadano is testing the market in Europe for such machines where they are not that much in demand - at least at the present time.

But the GTC-800 is a versatile 80tonne machine, capable of using its strongest load charts up to a slope of 1.5 degrees and its double-folding jib up to a slope of 2.5 degrees.

Also, its tracks can be extended to three positions.
