The youth travelled with his mother in a Chrysler Crossfire sportscar towards the famous Nürburgring Nordschleife racetrack, to take part in an open day. Even on its way to the track, the car was clocked for speeding along a restricted section of Autobahn. Despite this the two continued on their way to the track, where the mother then let her son drive her car around the track while she waited in the car park. The youth crashed however while driving and when he was unable to produce a driver’s licence, both he and his mother were arrested.
