Sumitomo upgrading its asphalt paver

Sumitomo is widening its asphalt paver range with the introduction of the HA90C-2 in the European market. This is designed to compete in the 9m paving class and comes in addition to the firm’s successful HA60 model, designed for the 6m class.

Sumitomo is offering its larger HA90C-2 paver

2714 Sumitomo is widening its asphalt paver range with the introduction of the HA90C-2 in the European market. This is designed to compete in the 9m paving class and comes in addition to the firm’s successful HA60 model, designed for the 6m class.

The HA90C-2 shares technical features with the HA60, such as the novel overlapping screed section design. It offers paving widths from 2.8-9m and can be used to pave an entire 7.5m wide, two lane road in a single pass and without the need for bolt-on screed sections.  This saves set-up time and boosts productivity.
