Speeding record

A man in the UK city of Ipswich managed to amass a total of 99 speeding points on his driving licence over a period of just 25 days. As he failed to tell the police who was driving at the time of each offence, he was given six additional points on his licence for each one, resulting in the grand total of 99 in all.
