From 328 Secmair comes an innovative solution to road repairs in the shape of its new GreenSwift machine. This versatile unit is designed to carry out spray emulsion duties or chipsealing but is also equipped with an arm that allows it to be used for filling in potholes.

This novel design increases versatility for road repair work as a single machine can be used for emulsion spraying, chipsealing and pothole patching. Using conventional equipment, contractors would require two separate machines to handle these tasks.

The firm says that the GreenSwift can carry out high quality solution road repairs of potholes, or subsidence for example. This sophisticated piece of equipment offers accurate metering of binder and grit, ensuring high quality work. The design of the spray head is also said to ensure that grit is perfectly coated and providing a more durable repair.

According to the firm the machine is easy to operate with a multi-function joystick in the can that controls all spraying and arm movements. Meanwhile the arm position in front of the truck gives allows high visibility and a direct view of the operator on foot in ground operations.
