A woman in the USA recently gave birth to twin boys while being driven to hospital by her husband. Despite driving fast, the couple could not reach the hospital in time and called for assistance en-route. The first son was born as the car travelled on the Southern State Parkway on Long Island. By the time of the second birth the emergency services had responded and the child was delivered shortly afterwards in an ambulance on the hard shoulder of the Wantagh State Parkway.

    A British woman had rather a nasty shock while taking her young child to see African wildlife at a safari park in the UK. An amorous male rhinoceros first sniffed at her car and then repeatedly bashed into it, apparently mistaking it for a female of the species.     A rider amongst a group of cyclists on a training run in Australia had a rather unpleasant experience. The man was cycling along a road with his team mates when a young kangaroo jumped out from the road side and collided with him, knocking him from his bicycle. Although he was riding at speed at the time, he was not seriously hurt and as one of his team mates filmed the incident, will have video footage to better remember the incident by.
