Hitachi’s wheeled loaders off high productivity

Hitachi says that its latest ZW-7 wheeled loaders offer high productivity and output. The firm says that its wheeled loaders with protective safety features and high comfort cabs. High performance and efficiency are claimed, with uptime due to durable components and easy maintenance.

Stage V-compliant engines power the ZW180-7 and ZW310-7 wheeled loaders, which benefit from all-round visibility and sophisticated systems. Good visibility to the rear and either side of the narrow engine hood are claimed. A camera system also provides a 270° view of the job site, while a rear obstacle detection and warning system provides an alert if anything is close to the rear of the machine.

The ZW-7 wheeled loaders features some of the lowest noise and vibration levels and spacious cabs. The controls include electric pilot control levers, a new monitor and side switch panel.

Other benefits include low total cost of ownership and efficiency for the ZW310-7, and fuel economy and versatility for the ZW180-7.

High productivity is provided by fast cycle times, high breakout and loading capacity, and improved acceleration on inclines. Engine speed is increased automatically due to the auto power up function, which maintains travel speed when moving uphill.

Fast and efficient short loading operations further boost productivity while the ZW-7 models also load trucks accurately, saving time and money, using a payload monitoring system.
