New Allu DL series screening bucket with top screen technology

Allu’s new DL Series screening buckets include three new models, a “perfect continuance” for the current D Series, which is now completed with the new units for compact base machines. The complete ALLU D Series product programme (including the new DL Series) now includes models for 4-45tonne excavators and 2-30tonne wheeled loaders. 2180 ALLU’s new DL Series screening buckets include three new models, a “perfect continuance” for the current D Series, which is now completed with the new units for compact base machines.

The complete ALLU D Series product programme (including the new DL Series) now includes models for 4-45tonne excavators and 2-30tonne wheeled loaders. The buckets can also be installed on backhoes, skid steers, tractors and telescopic loaders.

The core of the new DL Series, suitable for 4-12tonne excavators and 2-8tonne loaders, is the top screen technology, where the screening blades spin between the top screen combs and the end product size is defined by the space between the combs.

    Gradall Industries largest wheeled excavator model – the XL 5300 III – is on show at Conexpo 2014. Weighing 23.2tonnes, the XL 5300 III is said by Gradall to be designed for high productivity jobs on every terrain. With its new yellow Gradall colour scheme, the machine has a maximum reach of 10.3m and a dig depth of up to 7.5m. Its rated bucket breakout force is 113kN, and the rated boom force is 111kN.
