Moped mayhem

A moped rider in the US state of South Carolina was the victim of a rather unusual attack. He was riding the vehicle when another man pushed him off the moped. As the victim fell to the ground, the attacker then grabbed the victim’s prosthetic leg and used this as a weapon with which to continue the assault. The attacker was arrested and charged for the assault although the reason for the incident has not been revealed.

    A South African cyclist suffered a serious crash during a race in his country, due to an antelope’s lack of awareness of road rules. The cyclist was knocked off his bicycle by a Red Hartebeest buck, which charged across the dirt road he was riding along. The man caused at least 93 car crashes, which cost the insurance sector some €1.8 million.     A motorcyclist in the US made a rather foolish error when showing off his wheelie skills. The car in front stopped and as the rider had being paying insufficient attention to the road ahead he rammed straight into the rear of the vehicle. Worse still, the car was a police vehicle and its occupants were none too impressed with the rider’s behaviour, booking him immediately for the offence even as he lay sprawled on the ground recovering from the impact.
