6934 Metso is promising the industry’s “biggest launch in decades!” with the unveiling of “revolutionary” crushing technology to increase uptime while cutting customers’ operational costs. The Finnish crushing and screening giant also describes the to-be-launched model as the “most versatile crusher yet.”

Other ground-breaking technologies from Metso on show will be the Lokotrack LT1213S impactor with heavy-duty prescreening, dual-slope fine screening, and Metso Metrics Services; the Lokotrack ST2.8 Bi-Power scalping screen for improved energy efficiency; the Lokotrack LT130E split concept, offering the flexibility needed when moving a large primary crushing plant between sites, and Lokotrack LT106 Urban, an innovative mobile primary plant for community friendly crushing in urban environments.

Show attendees will also hear how Metso Metrics Services fleet monitoring and management solution helps customers improve the performance of their fleet based on secured remote access to capacity, operating, and maintenance data.

Also being exhibited by Metso is its ICr wireless automation and control system that helps improve minerals material processing safety.

Meanwhile, Metso HRC8 high pressure grinding rolls (HPGR) are ideal for manufactured sand applications, as is the also exhibited Barmac anvil ring.

There will be a number of cutting-edge Nordberg crushers on show in Las Vegas. The Nordberg GP7 is Metso’s latest and most versatile crusher for demanding secondary crushing work. GP7 has the same footprint as an old Symons 7', while delivering nearly twice the performance. The Nordberg NP13, NP15 and NP20 impact crushers offer significantly improved safety, performance and uptime.
