The challenges of today’s tough marketplace require producers to do more than ever before, says 7597 McLanahan Corporation while unveiling new products and showcasing its capabilities in dry and wet processing.

It also premieres its “brand new capabilities in crushing” with two new product introductions.

The first is a new cone crusher and the second is McLanahan’s re-invention of the single-toggle/overhead eccentric jaw crusher.

McLanahan has developed a line of hard rock jaw crushers with major design innovations that it says will change the operation of a primary crushing station from a low to a high productivity element in the processing system.

The first size in the series, a 44” x 50” (1.34m x 1.52m) is highlighted with the company explaining what makes the new jaw crusher design safer, simpler and smarter.

McLanahan will also introduce two products that assist customers with water management issues. The recessed plate filter press has undergone extensive design changes to enhance its safety and simplicity that will continue to help customers eliminate settling ponds, including moving to a single piston design. After years of producing high-rate thickeners, McLanahan will introduce its new, field-proven deep cone thickener design with a lab-scale version. This thickener allows producers to create clear water and a slurry with a high solids content.
