MB Crusher’s INTERMAT 2015 launched MB-LS140 screening bucket

MB Crusher’s MB-LS140 screening bucket for skid-steer loaders, launched at INTERMAT, is its third new crushing and screening bucket unveiled this year.

Valerio Briganti, chief executive officer for MB France, said the innovative 283 MB-LS140 is versatile and reliable, while also guaranteeing high performance in applications such as processing excavation, demolition or waste material.

“This screening bucket is the result of listening to what customers want - they are the true engineers. The MB-LS140 is ideal for working in small spaces.

Using this bucket means you don’t have to rent a bigger crusher and do everything onsite. It’s also good for the environment as you don’t have machines going backwards and forwards all day.”

Based near Vicenza, northeast Italy, MB Crusher has, said Briganti, been selling around 1,000 of its high quality crushing and screening buckets annually over recent years. “Every year we increase our turnover around 10%, which is good,” he added.

The addition this week of the MB-LS140 brings its total screening bucket range to five products. The BF 80.3 and BF135.8 crusher buckets for 18.5tonne and 43tonne excavators respectively launched by MB Crusher earlier this year means the company now offer 12 crusher buckets. It also offers four different sized grapples.

As part of its growth strategy, MB Crusher last year enlarged its production facilities at its HQ to 70,000m². The ambitious firm has seven branches – in Italy, America, China, France, Germany, Japan, and India – with all its products manufactured in Italy.

As part of its commitment to innovation and its customer focused business philosophy, in 2011 MB Crusher created its B2B Portal - a software program including easy-to-follow video guides for optimising the performance of its impressive product range. Its other features include a spare parts ordering facility and a full product catalogue. As well as being viewable on the company’s website via a login and password, customers have since last year been able to access the B2B Portal on their mobile phones.
