Power comes from a Tier 3/Stage IIIA diesel delivering 104kW and the machine is aimed at customers in developing markets such as the Middle East and Africa. Performance is said to be improved over the previous generation while the machine also has an upgraded cab with better controls and all round visibility.

The machines are said to be able to place smooth mats and deliver high-production as well as redirecting fumes away from operators. The AP1000E is a wheeled model while the AP1055E is the tracked version of the same basic machine. Productivity is provided in part through the heavy-duty screed designs offered, with customers able to choose between the AS2302C, AS3301C, AS4251C and AS4252C.

LiuGong Machinery Corporation is showing its line of dozers at INTERMAT. The three dozers are manufactured in the company’s newly-acquired plant in Poland following the recent acquisition of HSW (Huta Stalowa Wola) Dressta, a company noted for bulldozer technology.
