Mobile asphalt mixing plant
1177 Lintec is showing its CSD 1200 asphalt mixing plant, whose containerised design makes it suitable for mobile or stationary use. The 80tonne-an-hour system has a patented double screen drum technology that dries and screens, giving energy savings of 15%, claimed the company.

Like the company's other mixing plants, the CSD 1200 is built to ISO sea container standards so it is accepted on all container ships. The modular containerised design allows for quick assembly and dismantling, and it can also be used on mobile foundations.

Health and safety features include an integrated staircase and complete housing of the plant. The CSD 1200 can be extended with hot storage and recycling systems if required. The CSD 1200's containerised modular design, mobility and efficiency of performance make it suitable for smaller projects and for areas with little existing infrastructure. Lintec is an export-oriented company focusing on markets such Middle East, Brazil and Russia.
