The concrete pump is moved and controlled via a radio remote control

Introducing its new THS 110 D-K crawler concrete pump, 718 Liebherr says the model offers a maximum delivery rate of 102m³/hour and features a six-cylinder engine.

The concrete pump, which is fitted onto a crawler running gear, is moved and controlled via a radio remote control.

The three models in the series of Liebherr crawler concrete pumps are the THS 80 D-K, the THS 110 D-K and the THS 140 D-K, with maximum delivery rates ranging from 65m³/hour to 135m³/hour.

Liebherr says the during the design phase it was ensured that wear parts for the THS 110 D-K pump could be quickly and easily replaced.

The pump‘s extensive standard scope of delivery includes, for example, a 500litre water tank with water pump and a lockable toolbox, and the unit is said to be well-suited to site work that involves frequent relocation around the construction site.

A typical application for crawler concrete pumps is providing drilling rigs with concrete to fill bored piling foundations.

The weight distribution in Bobcat’s new E25 reduced tail swing (RTS) compact excavator is said to be optimised through the use of proven ‘4-plate box’ technology to reduce he weight of the workgroup, which moves the centre of gravity of the machine towards the back of the excavator. As a result, the E25 does not require any additional counterweight. This enhances the stability and ensures that the E25 model can be transported by trailer more easily.
