3363 KPI-JCI has unveiled its new hybrid crushing and screening solutions during CONEXPO-CON/AGG 2017.

The 681 Astec Industries’ company is here with the new GT440 Hybrid horizontal shaft impactor (HSI) and GT205 Hybrid Multi-Frequency screen.

Offering on-site mobility and quick set-up, the GT440 Hybrid HSI delivers up to 30% more uptime with continuous crushing and tracking. KPI-JCI said the model allows customers to effectively manage their operating costs using line or diesel power.

The GT440 Hybrid HSI’s Overload Protection System is said to enable customers to maximise performance and production.

The GT205 Hybrid Multi-Frequency Screen is ideal for aggregate, recycling and industrial operations, offering up to 50% higher screening capacity on its bottom deck with multi-frequency technology. Like the GT440, it allows customers to control their operating expenditure thanks to its line or diesel power options.

The GT205 Hybrid’s simple controls ensure that the new hybrid screen is easy to operate.

KPI-JCI said its full line of mobile screening plants, which the GT205 Hybrid has just joined, gives on-site flexibility for every application.

Another new KPI-JCI crushing solution on show in Las Vegas is the 3365 Jaw Crusher. The crusher offers 25% more capacity and reduced kW requirements, thanks to having the industry’s claimed largest dynamically-balanced flywheels.

The 3365 has replaceable jaw die retention wedges which eliminate costly repairs. The new crushing model’s maximum shaft integrity is ensured due to an innovative bearing and seal design.
