John Deere expands G Series mini excavator range

The 30G fills a gap in Deere’s compact machinery portfolio in the 3-4 tonne sector

257 John Deere has added the 30G mini excavator to its recently-updated G Series range, filling a gap in the line-up in the 3-4 tonne class.

Unveiled at the CONEXPO-CON/AGG show, the 30G boasts 22% more bucket force than the previous 27D, with an additional 11% dipper arm force. With engine power up by 17%, without any requirement for exhaust after treatment, the machine also offers a 16% improvement in hydraulic flow.
